The hotel's location in the Belgian Quarter is fantastic, surrounded by vibrant cafes and unique shops, providing a perfect blend of culture and relaxation.

There was a noticeable lack of electrical outlets in the room, which made charging devices a bit challenging during my stay.

The Kippenberger Suite was a standout with its private roof terrace, offering a great space to unwind. The hotel has a unique artistic heritage that makes it feel special, along with clean, comfortable rooms.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working in the Maisonette Suite, which made things sticky during the summer heat. Noise from traffic was noticeable, especially on the first floor, and late-night disturbances from the dining area kept me awake. the bathroom could use a redesign, with low water pressure and minimal towel hooks creating inconveniences. The lift was on the slow side, which was a hassle after a long day.

average stay but great staff

I stayed in a Junior Maisonette Suite with a terrace which provided a cozy setting. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring I felt welcomed throughout my stay. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to unwind after a busy day. I enjoyed the local cafe's offerings. the fresh pastries were a delightful start to my morning.

The noise levels from the street can be bothersome at night.

Fantastic mini fridge and balcony for enjoyable breakfasts. beds were a bit too firm.

fantastic access to parks and major attractions for city strolls

my stay was fantastic because of the hotel's close proximity to attractions like the Museum of East Asian Art, only a short walk away, and the beautiful Hohenzollern Bridge, which made for a lovely evening stroll along the river.

The stay included a surprisingly spacious room with a minibar and ample luggage space, enhancing comfort. The quick check-in/out process with friendly staff made for a smooth experience. the absence of air conditioning made the already hot weather quite uncomfortable, and the slow elevator could cause minor inconveniences. While the attached cafe provided delightful homemade jams, the mix-up with city tax on check-out was a hassle to resolve.

The location is perfect, close to bars in RudolfPlatz and a lovely café connected to the hotel. The room is comfortable with working air conditioning, and the staff are friendly and very helpful.

The noise from the café downstairs and the bar across the street can be disruptive at night.

Enjoyed my cozy comfort single room with a lovely view, and the cafe's fresh pastries were a delightful treat each morning! The hotel also had a relaxing rooftop terrace and a quiet reading nook which were perfect for unwinding. Just a heads-up, the lift was a bit slow, but it wasn’t a big deal overall. 😊
